The Granary offers:

The Main Dining Room, enclosed on three sides by glass windows, seats up to 125 guests. Morning and afternoon events, ending at 4pm, may be scheduled year round. Evening events may begin after 4pm..

The Sassafras Room, enclosed on one side by glass windows, features a cozy fireplace and offers seating of up to 50 guests. Events may be scheduled at anytime.

The Sassafras Grill, enclosed on three sides by glass windows, features tropical decor, the use of an outdoor tented room, and has its own circular bar. The Sassafras Grill seats up to 130 guests. The Sassafras Grill is available between Labor Day and Memorial Day for scheduled events. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the Grill is only available Monday through Thursday for private parties.

In addition to you favorite party room at The Granary, the Kitty Knight offers three additional locations for your private event or special occasion needs. The main dining room at the Kitty Knight offers seating for up to 200 guests while the Tavern will seat up to 50 guests.

Included with our new property is the use of "Harbor View" a location overlooking the Georgetown Harbor. A tent package is available for seating up to 250 guests for outdoor events
